What I learned..
Educators need structured tools – Our initial assumption was that educators could adapt general resources, but testing showed they required ready-to-use lesson plans and dashboards.
Gamification improves retention, but clarity is key – While users engaged with interactive challenges, they struggled when instructions were unclear.
